GreenOn Geothermal Incentives

Closed Loop Ground Source Heat Pumps – Horizontal or Pond Loops

• $2,000/horizontal loop ton
• plus $750 for desuperheater;
• plus $1,500 for domestic hot water;
• plus $1,500 for enhanced performance with COP exceeding 4.0
• Up to a maximum Participant incentive of $15,000

Closed Loop Ground Source Heat Pumps – Vertical Loops

• $3,000/horizontal loop ton
• plus $750 for desuperheater;
• plus $1,500 for domestic hot water;
• plus $1,500 for enhanced performance with COP exceeding 4.0
• Up to a maximum Participant incentive of $20,000

Heat Pump Replacement for Existing Ground Source Heat Pump System

• $750/heat pump ton
• Up to a maximum Participant incentive of $4,500

Ground Loop Repair or Replacement for Existing Ground Source Heat Pump System

• $750/loop ton
• Up to a maximum Participant incentive of $4,500

Eden Energy Equipment provides customized customer training on all product offered. We invite you into our fully functioning training facility, or we also offer the convenience of lunch and learn training, online training, and site training for our customers.

Our training sessions are an excellent opportunity to learn about the latest industry products, as well as get one-on-one time with industry experts to ask questions and discuss any questions you may have. All participants leave our training sessions with resources and a renewed knowledge of the most current advances in the industry.

Upcoming IGSHPA Training Dates

In order to participate in the incentives one step is IGSHPA Installer & Designer Training. HVAC system installers must install geothermal heat pump systems in accordance with the requirements of ANSI/CSA C-448-2016 and good industry practice. Current upcoming training dates;

• IGSHPA Installer - February 20th - 22nd
• IGSHPA Installer - February 28th, March 1st, March 2nd
• IGSHPA Designer - April 3rd - 5th
• IGSHPA Installer - April 24th - 26th

Certification & Course Cost

Upon successful completion of the workshop and passing the IGSHPA installer's exam, participants will be issued HRAI and IGSHPA accreditation as an installer of GSHP systems. This will include an installer's card and an IGSHPA certificate for three years. HRAI course cost is $1,700.00 + HST. This includes instruction, all course material (including ANSI/CSA C448-2016), the exam and certification process.
